Please follow the below steps for returns/exchanges:
1. Submit a return/exchange request through our online form.
→ Enter your email address used at checkout and order number in the boxes above to log in. You can find your order number in your order confirmation.
→ Choose your return option – refund or replacement.
→ Select your reason of return/exchange. You can elaborate in the comment field if you have additional information.
→ Please note: If you received a faulty product, please be sure to add a description of the defect and attach supporting pictures. This helps us confirm the defect.
2. Wait for our confirmation. We usually respond within 1-2 business days.
3. Once your request is approved, ship your product(s) to our headquarter at Boedker Balles Gaard 20. 8000 Aarhus C. Denmark.
→ Pack your product(s) in sturdy packaging, for instance, the we do fur shipping box which the product(s) came in.
→ Include your delivery note in your parcel. We use it to identify the parcel.
→ Please note that you will bear the cost of the shipment unless your product is faulty, and that we do not accept drop point delivery.
4. We will process your request as soon as we receive your parcel, and you will receive an email notification shortly after.
→ Please expect a refund within 14 days from when we process your return.
→ Please expect a replacement product between 2-5 working days from when we process your return.
